Dan broja Pi se svake godine obilježava 14. ožujka. Apple pie Ingredients: For the pastry – butter - 1/4 of 1 kg Flour - 9/20 of 1 kg Sugar - 3/20 of 1 kg 1 baking powder Milk – as needed Knead the pastry; divide it in two ( 2/3 for the bottom crust, 1/3 for the top crust). For today, you only need 1/2 of the pastry ingredients. For the filling – apples (3 or 4) – peel them and cut into small pieces Sugar Cinnamon Wheat semolina (1 tbsp) Butter the pie mold, sprinkle with flour. Place bottom crust in mold and pierce it with a fork few times. Put apple filling. From the top crust you can make different ornaments and place them on top. Bake until done (cca. 25 min) at 180 ֯ C.
